    Neil’s approach is rooted in delivering structured, results-oriented outcomes, with a focus on aligning business processes with long-term objectives. His expertise extends across multiple industries, where he has consistently proven his ability to solve challenges with efficiency and precision.

    Outside of his career, Neil enjoys reading, writing, and hiking. His wife and five children inspire his creative thinking and holistic approach to leadership, blending empathy with strategic vision.

    Matt is a versatile leader with a master’s degree in hydrogeology and over a decade of experience in project management, IT, and programming. As VP of Operations at DocuDriven, he designs and implements automated systems using tools like SharePoint, Python, and Power Automate, transforming business operations into seamless, tech-driven solutions.

    His career spans diverse industries, from managing environmental cleanup projects to overseeing multi-million-dollar data centers. Matt’s ability to integrate advanced technical skills with strategic project management has positioned him as a leader in optimizing workflows and solving complex business challenges.

    Matt’s passion for innovation drives his work, enabling businesses to reduce repetitive tasks and increase efficiency. Outside of work, he channels his creativity and analytical mindset into solving problems, continually pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve.

    With expertise in Python coding and process automation, Matt excels at optimizing business operations and managing complex projects, making him a versatile leader in tech-driven efficiency initiatives across industries.

    WEB & MEDIA DESIGN CONSULTANT

    Masey is a dynamic force in the realm of web and media design, harnessing her expertise to shape brand narratives and company missions through the power of visuals. Her journey began at Clackamas Community College, where she pursued and earned her associate's degree in web design and development, laying the foundation for her career.

    Her passion lies in transforming abstract concepts into tangible, visually compelling realities, whether through striking graphics or website enhancements. Her approach revolves around understanding a brand's essence and mission, translating these core elements into cohesive and impactful designs that resonate with the target audience.

    Outside of her professional endeavors, Masey finds solace and inspiration in art and Dungeons and Dragons. Her love for art fuels her creativity, while her fascination with Dungeons and Dragons speaks to her imaginative and strategic mindset.

  • Ashe Kusagaya

    CONTENT STRATEGIST

    Originally from Southern California, Ashe is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach. Alongside a BA in creative writing and certification in professional and technical writing, Ashe has cultivated and amassed an extensive portfolio around narratives and communication.

    After a year of experience as a document scanner at DocuDriven and with newfound familiarity in title research and project management obtained while interning for Overcup Press, Ashe has shifted focus towards branding, offering style guides and redesigns for websites, as well as line editing and copy for marketing.

    Tenacious and unorthodox, Ashe is a foodie who enjoys reading, traveling, and collaborating with fellow writers and artists.
